After renting our own apartments through rental agents for years, we started our own rental agency. We think it can be done better than the current offering. That is why we offer packages, partial services and are transparent about prices. What we also consider important is support during the rental period and accurate knowledge. Thanks to our own experience, we know better than anyone what you need as a landlord or tenant.

We are exclusively rental agents. Because we are specifically active in the rental market, we continuously screen the market and keep track of all developments. We also work with various rental authorities. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, you can always contact us during the entire rental period.

Flexibility

We believe it is important that you as a customer have the choice to choose the services you need so that you maintain control over your own budget. We will happily take care of everything for you, but if you just need to list your home on rental sites, that is also possible. We pursue a transparent policy. We will always think with you about the best choice for you to rent out your home as quickly, optimally and safely as possible.

Renting out your home safely is one of the biggest concerns for landlords. We attach importance to finding a suitable candidate that you feel good about. During the screenings, we work together with (international) authorities and we also check the candidate and the data entered ourselves. In this way, many risks are excluded and you can rent out your home with a safe feeling.
